Chester le Street have received transfer requests from play maker Andy Cuthbertson and Striker Gary Shields
General Manager Joe Burlison - says "both players have not been automatic starts in the team this season and we reluctantly have agreed to making them available for transfer - Gary Shields has given us 10 years excellent service and we wish him well for the future. As for Andy Cuthbertson he is midway through a two year contract but he feels he needs a change and a new challenge and we have agreed to circulate clubs with his availability again we wish Andy well if he is successful in moving on if not then he will be still considered for selection - we would have hoped that both players would have continued to fight for places but unfortunately they feel it's time to consider moving "
