Sage Vs Blaydon House – Extra time, Penalties the whack.
November 2007
Our last game against Sage was a very tight one with us just winning 5 – 4, but this was the cup and it had banana skin written all over it.
We had put in a good performance against Leam Lane Bugle so our confidence was high.

Blaydon House needed a good performance and this was the game that got it. A few changes had to be made due to players work commitments, Tony Latimer, Neil Buchanan and Frank Cox were all missing and Mark Lowdon started on the bench after being absent from the game the week before.

October 2007
After a poor performance against Sage were we just managed to scrape a win playing non attractive football meant we needed to get a result here. There was a few changes in the starting line up, Belshaw getting his first start in goal in the absence of O'Halleron, "Gargoyle" Gregg Lee at right back and Osmana Heath filling in at left back.
